Steel Authority of India Limited  ( SAIL ) is an Indian state-owned steel making company based in  New Delhi, India . It is a public sector undertaking, owned and operated by the  Government of India  with an annual turnover of INR 66,267 Crore (US$9.32 Billion) for  fiscal year  2018-19. Incorporated on 24 January 1974, SAIL has 69,808 employees (as of 01-Feb-2020). Hello Guy, Their was continuous upper circuit in Alok Industry. But the on 20th May 2020. Some operator did  manipulation in the price. They sold their hold and sudden the lower circuit come. Due to operator manipulate the price. In this situation retail investor put their stock on sell, this was panic situation for retail investor and sudden operator cancelled their selling  order sudden the order in market reduced and operator have a chance to entered into the alok industry by purchasing the retail investor share from the market at lower price than before the market close the price of share made a upper circuit. Guys, In this situation retail investor have to have some patience to hold their holding until some negative news about the company into market.
